The Possibility of Using Mobile Phone to Study English (or Any Other Subject)

As modern technology is making mobile phones more and more “intelligent ”, they tend to become handy tools to obtain information from a vast variety of on-line resources. So it becomes increasingly possible for us to use them as convenient tools to study English.

When you need to improve your spoken English, you can download conversations, movies or even live English programs wherever there is Wi-Fi service. If you feel like learning writing skills, you could also surge on line for amazing passages which take you on a trip of skillful writings in English. In case that you should study English for academic advancement, you will find mobile phones equally powerful. It makes it available for you to have a person-to-person conversation with your professor, who is currently visiting another country, on your paper for modern literature!

So it is without any doubt that mobiile phones are becoming attractive gadgets, if properly used, for people who want to study English or any other subject. As they become smarter and ever more handy, there is much potentiality that they might one day take the place of computer or even classroom for our future study!

There are many ways to keep fit. Some people keep away from smoke or drinking, and others try to ensure enough time to sleep. And my favorite is eating breakfast. It is so easy that some people may doubt its truth.

But it is true. Scientists have proved that breakfast can provide you energy for the most time of the day. It is a key in the three meals of people. If you don ’t eat breakfast, your brain will not keep clear in the morning. And we all know that it is an important time for the whole work day.

And above all, it is easier to keep fit in the way of having breakfast than any other ways, for example, exercise, which people always complain that they haven’t enough time to do.

People often say that your health is your life. So please pay attention to your health. If you really have no time, remember to take some food with you for breakfast when you go to work.

How to Handle the Stress

Nowadays more and more people have been under various stresses and there has been an increase in stress-related diseases among employees and students. This phenomenon has aroused immediate concern and widespread discussion among the general public. From my perspective, the resources of stresses can be from our work, family and also from the society, and learning how to deal with stresses has far-reaching significance to our body health.

As a matter of fact, some solutions to reduce stresses can be illustrated below. The first one that comes to my mind readily is to share our stress with others. It can be enormously helpful because we may feel quite relaxed after talking to others and things even turn better if we get any valuable suggestions from them. What’s more, making time for fun such as listening to music and watching movies may be good medicine.

Additionally, it is also a great way to reduce anxiety to do a large number of physical activities.

From what has been discussed above, I strongly believe that we should know how to reduce enormous stress because it poses a general threat to human body health. As a common employee, I often feel immense stress at work. In those cases, I always tried to talk with my close friends to hear their advice or just listen to my favorite music. Only by having both mental and physical health can we hope to do our job well in the future.
