Gay marriage should be allowed

1) Introduction:

A) Good morning, everyone. How would you feel if you could not marry the one you truly love? Today many gay people are faced with exact feeling.

B) In our society today, we claim that all are equal, all are free, and all deserve a chance to pursue their full measure of happiness.

C ) But I ask is it now that we believe we all are equal why don’t we allowing gays to marry only because they are the same sex?

D) I don’t agree with the point that gay marriage should not be allowed

E)Let me talk about my view about it.At first ,let ’s talk about why many Oppose to be a gay.

II) Body (What is the organization?):

A)why do some people oppose gay marriage?

1) Many people claim that being gay is not natural.

2) Another reason many claim that gay marriage should not

be allowed is because being gay is a sin.

3) Transition B) why I think gay marriage should be allowed?

1)First, I think being a gay is very natural because in truth many animals, birds and insects including African lions, Dolphins, Dogs, and Raccoons display homosexual behavior. 2) Secend,many claim that gay marriage should not be allowed is because being gay is a sin. The question is a sin to whom?Others?God? absolutely not .

3) Last but not not least, From what I understand we have the right to worship any religion we wish. By not allowing gay marriage and using any reasons to B esmirch gay marriage , we are breaking one of the most cherished rights ,the right to freedom ,to equal,to pursue their full measure of happiness. Both gay men and women pay taxes go to work just like the rest of you, why should they have fewer rights? What allows us to say if their love is valid? By not allowing gay people to marry, we are plain and simply denying ones right to happiness.

III) Conclusion:

A) I believe that is not only a moral but civic duty to allow gay marriage for the very principle of equality.

B) Gay marriage be allowed,gay have the same

rights to pesue their happiness.

C) The facts are that 1 in 10 people are gay. You most likely have a family member or friends that are gay. Would you not want them to have the chance to marry the ones they love?

D) Leave the audience with a positive impression The facts are plain, there is no reason that we should not allow gay people to marry.

Many people claim that being gay is not natural when in truth many animals, birds and insects including African lions, Dolphins, Dogs, and Raccoons display homosexual behavior. To say that it’s not natural is as absurd as me saying that the earth is flat. Another reason many claim that gay marriage should not be allowed is because being gay is a sin. The question is a sin to whom? From what I understand we have the right to worship any religion we wish. By not allowing gay marriage and using the reason of religion, we are breaking one of the most cherished rights in America, the right to freedom of religion. Both gay men and women pay taxes go to work just like the rest of you, why should they have fewer rights? What allows us to say if their love is valid? By not allowing gay people to marry, we are plain and simply denying ones right to happiness. 1.2 million Gay people are living with a same sex partner in America. And yet almost all of them are not allowed to marry. America was founded on the principles of equality and tolerance. I believe that is not only a moral but civic duty to allow gay marriage for the very principle of
