I‘m writing to talk about the problems of food safety nowadays

Eati ng Safely Food safety is very important to us. How can we make food safe? Here’s some advice. First, we shouldn’t go out to eat fast food often. At the restaurant there is also some food that isn’t safe, such as unhealthy oil. Second, we should make food clean before cooking. Remember to boil food. Third, we should buy and eat food carefully. If the food is in bags, we should read instructions and dates carefully. Make sure the food is safe.

the problem of food security Nowadays, there is an increasing number of problem in the food security aspect(方面) , such as the swill-cooked dirty oil and the milk scandal. Because of last year's Sanlun sca ndal, food safety become a hot topic and how can we prevent another milk scandal? In my opinion, it is the lack of credit that lead to the serious problem of food security. We should strengthen the propaganda and education so that we can enhance people's safety c onsciousness and change their moral idea. Besides, we should strengthen the legal system and the supervision of food security .Only in this way can we live a healthier and happie r life.

As we know,good health is more important than wealth.Food gives us energy,so we must have enough food to keep healthy.we should eat more fruit and vegetables and less meat,and we also must have right kinds of food.A cup of milk a day can help make us healthy as well.Different foods help us in different ways,if we eat too little or too much,or if we choose the wrong food,we may become sick,so we must have meals three times every day on time,too. It's necessary for us to have healthy eating habits.

Health is more important than wealth. Good health enables us to enjoy our life and achieve what we hope for in our career. On the contrary, poor health leads to nothing. How can we keep healthy Here is some advice. Firstly, it is very important for us to take more fruits and vegetables because they provide vitamins, and we have to keep a

balanced diet. So we should avoid food with lots of sugar and fat/which is rich in sugar and fat. Secondly, we'd better exercise every day to make our bodies strong. Besides, we

have to avoid too much work pressure. Finally, we have to get rid of those bad habits that damage our health, such as drinking and smoking.

In conclusion, if we stick to the advice given above, we will lead a healthy life

Today, more and more people are in poor health. If we want to keep healthy we should healthy diet.

First, we should have a balanced diet.Though we may not like eating vegetables, but the vegetables have a lot of nutrition. They are very good for our health. Second, we'd better eat regular meals. We need to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day. Because regular meals throughout the day can give us enough energy to carry out our daily activities.

Third, we should get away from fast food, for it may cause a lot of disease.
